Please read these conditions carefully and make sure that you both understand and agree to what’s written here, before you apply for hosting. Failure to do so will result in your form being deleted.

If you are unsure of anything or wish for clarification then please feel free to send in a support ticket.

General Rules

• Your site must be in English.
• You must have good site design.
• You must have a site on-line in order for me to see what you can do.
• You must know FTP, I can help you but you need to know a bit at least.
• Do not go over your size limit.
• You must place a link back to Gleeful me. Either as a text link or button
• You must have a last updated date.
• You must update at LEAST once a month (unless you’ve told me before).
• You must make regular back-ups of your site, I am not responsible for the recovery of lost data. I do try to back up the datbases as often as I can.
• No porn, hentai or hate sites permitted.
• Encourage no direct linking, please.
• No porn, hentai or hate sites permitted.
• No mp3 or other types of media files are to be hosted on the site (use megaupload etc) and any large image files are stored somewhere such as photobuckets or via a sponsor. No zip files (use megaupload etc), either.
• If I find out you have stolen content on your site, I will delete your account immediately.
• For any site related problems, question please send in a support ticket rather than emailing me. Emails can sometimes get lost or stuck in my spam box.

Scripts

• All versions of B2, Cutenews, PHP Fanbase, Flinx, FormMail (FormMail,cgi, FormMail.php, FormMail.pl, etc), Waks Ask & Answer and Greymatter are NOT allowed.
• It is your job to ensure that you are always using the latest version of software such as form script, blogging script etc you have installed
• If you run a fanlisting, and would like to use a script, I would prefer that you use Enth3, Bellabuffs or vs.hive, I am afraid PHP fanbase or php fanlist is not allowed. Ask me before installing if you are unsure. Any other types of scripts must be okayed by me first.
• Enth 2, Enth3 (earlier versions) are not allowed. Enth 3.15+ are all fine
• Chat programs are NOT allowed

Applying Rules

• Please fill out all required fields of the form.
• For domain hosting, you must have a registered domain name. I do not provide the domain names only the hosting. You must be able to update the name servers.
• Please do not use net language when filling out the form, if I can’t understand what you have written I will just delete the form.
• If I send an acceptance form, please respond to my email within 2 days, if you do not I will delete your account. After that you have up to 2 weeks to get the site up, unless we have a prior agreement.
• Keep in contact with me, either by sending me an email once a month or adding me to MSN. I like to keep in contact with my hostees. My MSN and email can be found on the contact me page
• You must keep track via twitter account. Any updates to the network will be posted there as I will not be able to email you before hand.
• If accepted you will automatically be signed up to the Gleeful Me mail listing. This mail listing is for Gleeful Me news only, your email and details will NOT be passed on to anyone. However, if you do not wished to be signed up then mention so in the comments box. Please note that this means you will not receive site updates or downtime news as I will only send these details out via the mailing list.

Just a note, if you break any of these conditions, I may delete your site without warning. I email all accepted hostees within a week or so. Please ensure you have read the types of packages available.
